I found my calling and I know it is God who called!

In Faith, JG YWA

I am the first in my family to accept Christ and I knew nothing about Him. As I served, I got to know Him more and more.

I accepted Christ during a Christmas event organised by the Christian Fellowship in my college. Pastor Kenneth had shared the Word at that event.

Not long after, I also went for the Acts Campus Camp and after that, I decided to attend Acts Church regularly on Sundays. Soon, Elder Peng Hoe gathered the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) students and told us that there were plans to plant Acts Ampang and I decided to serve there.

A few weeks after Acts Ampang was planted, Celina started Acts Kids Ampang and I signed up to volunteer for it. I have been serving in Acts Kids ever since. It has been a great journey serving in Acts Kids as I grew to know more about Jesus. I am the first in my family to accept Christ and I knew nothing about Him. As I served, I got to know Him more and more.

During my final semester, I had to complete a thesis for my programme and it was a struggle, but God came through for me. He helped me in my thesis and I managed to complete and pass it. After I graduated, God showed me favour and I was employed for my first job within a month. After a year, God challenged my faith to switch job to something that was new to me. Throughout the whole ordeal, my faith grew and I was also able to develop a different set of skills.

At Acts, I really learnt more about faith and I was also given the opportunity to develop my leadership skills. During my time in Acts Ampang, God revealed His purpose for me and as I grew, I knew I wanted to do more for the mandarin speaking community. I shared this desire with Elder Peng Hoe and the Acts Ampang core team, and they were happy to release me so I could help out in another church plant where I can use my talents to sow into the mandarin speaking community. Cassius Marsh Womens Jersey Jarius Wright Authentic Jersey
